About this worksheet
Each sheet prints a real month with questions about it: what day the 1st falls on, how many Tuesdays there are, and what the date will be ten days from now. These are the skills behind appointments, paydays and bus passes.
What each level includes
- Level 1: Days of the week and the number of days in the month.
- Level 2: Counting days and finding the first of a given weekday.
- Level 3: Adding days and finding "the third Tuesday" style dates.
Ideas for using it
- Link the questions to the class calendar or a student’s real appointments.
- Students can highlight the row or column they used to find each answer.
