Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This policy explains what information Copy Room Club (“we”, “the site”) handles and why. The site is run by the team behind Chiritsumo Drill in Japan. You can reach us at contact@chiritsumo-drill.com.

The short version

• There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, your email or anything about your students, residents or family.
• Sheets are made inside your browser. What you type into a sheet is not sent to us.
• We do not sell your information.

What you type into the sheets

Some sheets let you type your own words, such as names on a certificate or words for a word search. The site builds these sheets inside your browser. The words are saved in your browser’s local storage so the print page can use them, and they are not sent to us.

Your settings (such as country, paper size and level) are saved the same way. To remove them, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

Server records

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any website host, Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser type, the address of the page you open and the time. These records are used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use them to identify you.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads on the web pages. When ads are on:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can turn off personalized ads in Google’s Ad Settings. You can also opt out of some other vendors’ personalized ads at www.aboutads.info.
• If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you will be asked for your choice before ad cookies are used, and you can change it at any time.

To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The sheets you print never contain ads or tracking.

Children

Copy Room Club is made for adults: teachers, therapists, activity staff and caregivers. Students may use the printed sheets, but the website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

If you email us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to fix the sheets. We do not share them with anyone unless the law requires it. We delete messages when we no longer need them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@chiritsumo-drill.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we will respect them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
